I just completed the fire and flavor class and was very happy with all the information I learned.We put this right to work at Desperotos rest in Lake Placid New York.
I have shared this information with several chefs I sell to. All were impressed. I wish the best to Matt and his staff with this and all programs in the future.Thanks again and I am entering competition this summer with a reciept we created at this class.I will let you know how it went.
